Juan Carlos Delgado

Although I can't quite relate to what Juan Carlos Delgado is trying to portray with his work, it has a very wide variety, and I can appreciate that. He is certainly expressive through photography and video, and explores everything from fashion to nudity to furniture. I particularly enjoyed the building covered with flower pots. I felt that it was a clever idea because in large cities it is rare to come across a lot of yards/gardens, so experimenting with vertical gardens actually makes a lot of sense. He seems to have a solid awareness of what is going on throughout the world, and channels that knowledge to create thought provoking work.
